Our SYSTEM
Our Process
Lange Misting Systems uses high-pressure water treatment and patented micro-fog nozzle technology to create an immediate evaporative cooling effect. The system reduces ambient temperatures by up to 12°C while remaining completely dry and noiseless.
01Water Preparation
Fresh water is filtered through a multi-stage system down to particles smaller than 1/1000 mm. Integrated UV-C sterilization prevents bacteria, including legionella, ensuring hygienic and residue-free operation.
02High-Pressure Generation
An electric high-pressure pump increases the water pressure to over 120 bar. This pressure is essential for producing ultra-fine droplets that evaporate instantly.
03Micro-Fog
Specially engineered nozzles atomize the water into microscopic droplets with a dramatically increased surface area. Evaporation occurs immediately, drawing heat from the surrounding air without wetting people or surfaces.
04Comfort
The cooled air gently sinks into the occupied area, creating a pleasant and stable comfort zone. Guests experience fresh, cool air—silent and completely natural.
